Only purchases made directly from our online store www.tdglass.com qualify for our Return Policy.
From the time you receive delivery of your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Please call +1 (727) 644-3826 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from TD Glass and are not fully satisfied, you have:
-Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work.
-Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork.
***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned artwork must be shipped in the original packaging and packed exactly how it was when it was delivered.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Although regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be refunded.

Unless the artwork was received damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
-First check your bank account again.
-Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
In the unfortunate event that the artwork is received damaged, please photograph and document the artwork and packaging immediately after shipment is received. Please, contact us within seven (7) days with images and any other information by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +1 (727) 644-3826.
We will work with you to choose and send a similar piece or provide a full refund.
